My objective was to create a floral preview app for a local florist who specializes in event floral design. Her target clients are busy professionals who want the convenience of designing their event when it it suits them instead of having multiple design meetings. I conducted usability studies using initial designs and identified pain points for users. I then focused on the changes needed to the design to make a better user experience. The end result is a polished, easy to use app, that contains key features that help guide clients through an easy planning and checkout experience.
